Why Nokia have to go with Cell 1&2?

Nokia is dying day by day. For overcoming from that situation they have to go with the aggressive step and which is the Cell number 1. They have a good brand value and customer service.

They also have to follow the diversification strategy.  Customer’s value and demand changing day by day. Now they are not happy with some common features on their mobile phone. They have to add more features on their phones.

So they also have to follow the Cell number 2.

·         Many of Nokia’s products are easy to use and are usually coupled with a variety of handy accessories.

·         Good distribution network and knowledge about customers

·         Poorly design Smartphones

·         Low sensitivity to industrial changes

·         Growing demand for smartphones

·         Adaptation of Android

·         Ever growing Market

 

Threats for Nokia

·         Strong competitors  iPhone and Samsung

Many new and strong competitors are emerging
